PROVINCIALS GOLD! What a fantastic weekend of field lacrosse at the U18 Provincial Championships in Port Coquitlam – our combined North Shore and Burnaby U18’s fought hard over 6 intense games to finish 1st in the Tier 2 division!
Congratulations to all the players for all your hard work this season! Special shout-out to injured players Kaden Johnson and Jake Waltz who unfortunately were unable to play during Provincials but came out to support their team-mates this weekend.
A huge thank you to coaches Eric Waltz, Geoff Kershaw and Derek Rigazzi for the many hours of dedication at practices and games, and managers Alex Kershaw and Deb Heard for all time spent organizing, managing and budgeting. Many thanks to the the parents who helped out throughout the season with score-keeping and other tasks, as well Rogan Steacy for helping out with time-keeping.
